Thalrion
God of the Forge & Crafting
Before the world of Velmora was fully formed, before mountains rose and cities stood tall, Thalrion worked in the great celestial forge, shaping the very bones of creation. Where other gods wove magic or wielded storms, Thalrion built. He is not a god of words nor grand speeches — he creates, builds, and lets his work speak for itself.
It was Thalrion's hammer that forged the first mountains from molten rock. His anvil gave birth to the first weapons and tools, allowing mortals to shape their own destiny. Some say he even crafted the stars themselves, striking the heavens with his hammer and scattering them like molten sparks. During the Sundering War, Thalrion did not march into battle — he forged weapons of legend. He crafted the Sunblade for Solmara, a weapon of pure radiant fire. He tempered the Moonfang Dagger for Nythera, sharp enough to cut through shadow. Most importantly, he forged the Chains of Eternity, which were used to bind Malrik and cast him into his prison. But the war came at a cost — Thalrion's divine forge was shattered, its flames dimming. He withdrew from the world, choosing to let mortals forge their own fate. His worship is found in every forge and workshop — from the Great Forge of Kar-Thol where his last embers still burn, to the Iron Monastery where warrior-smiths train, and the Foundry of Innovation where engineers push the boundaries of creation. As the Eclipse Prophecy looms, many believe that Thalrion must reignite his great forge to reforge the Chains of Eternity and prevent Malrik's return. But whether his forge truly lies extinguished, or still burns in some hidden place waiting for one worthy enough to find it, remains unknown.
