Drakthar
The Blood of the Frostborn
Before the rise of the Aetherion Empire, when Velmora was still raw and untamed, Sylvanis, the God of Nature, sought to create a race that could thrive in the harshest environments. Together with Aerion, the God of Storms, he forged the first tribes of the Drakthar — shaping their bodies from the rugged stone of the Frostbound Highlands and breathing the winds of the blizzard into their lungs. According to legend, during an endless winter that nearly wiped out the tribes, the ancient frost dragon Valthyra offered her blood to their leaders, transforming them into beings of frost and storm. Whether truth or myth, the Drakthar carry the storm within their souls. They are powerful warriors and hunters who live by codes of honor, endurance, and respect for the natural world. Their culture is built around proving one's worth through trials of strength and survival in the frozen wilderness.
