The Dwarfs live by the philosophy that one's worth is measured by the legacy they leave behind — whether through masterful craftsmanship, honorable deeds, or knowledge passed down through generations. Their society is organized around clans, each with its own specialization: the Ironclad Clans forge unbreakable steel, the Stonecarvers design impenetrable fortresses, the Gemwrights shape precious gems, and the Runeweavers carve magical runes into weapons and structures. Dwarfs primarily worship Thalrion, the God of the Forge, and their cities are built deep within mountains around blessed forges powered by geothermal heat. While not naturally gifted in raw magic like the Zaryn, they excel in rune magic and mechanical engineering, creating enchanted alloys, clockwork constructs, and automated defenses that are the envy of every race in Velmora.
